Shipping Limits
Healthy Kids’ Catalog orders are shipped by our affiliated couriers UPS Ground, DHL Ground or FedEx Ground only to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship elsewhere nor does our current system allow for expedited shipping at this time. (Standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from date shipped. See individual product pages for exceptions.) Sorry, we are currently unable to ship to PO boxes.
Notice of Potential Drop-Shipment
Healthy Kids' Catalog is a product aggregator that provides on-stop, quality assured shopping convenience. Because many products offered by Healthy Kids’ Catalog are supplied and fulfilled by independent vendors, individual orders containing multiple products sourced from multiple suppliers, if applicable, may result in a shipping and handling charge reflecting a cumulative total.
To minimize any confusion, you will be notified via email of any items that will be shipped directly to you by a Healthy Kids' Catalog affiliate supplier, who may or may not reference Healthy Kids' Catalog as the purchase originator.
For individual orders involving multiple products from multiple suppliers, customer should expect to receive items they have purchased separately, and possibly incrementally on different days, since in these cases items will be sourced and shipped from separate locations. Receiving items individually is NOT cause for concern.
Flat Shipping Fee Items
Due to heavy weight, large size or other circumstances as deemed necessary by the supplier, some items have individual flat shipping fees. You'll find this information on the item's details page, such as: “Flat shipping fee: $45."
FREE Shipping
Some items are offered with FREE shipping. In these cases, the item's details page will carry a denotation such as: “This Item: FREE Shipping”. Such denoted items are automatically shipped at no additional shipping or handling charge. (This shipping offer does not extend to other items in your order unless otherwise noted.)

Healthy Kids’ Catalog guarantees that your product(s) will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product, excluding shipping.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are at all dissatisfied, you may return the item(s) in accordance with the Return Policy detailed below.
Return Policy
You may return an item or items purchased at Healthy Kids’ Catalog for full or partial refund or replacement within 30-days of the shipment date – see refund schedule below. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customers wishing to return merchandise purchased through Healthy Kids’ Catalog must first contact us using the following information to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number:

RA numbers are valid for 30-days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30-days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

-Refused Delivery Partial refund for cost of item(s) minus a 15% restocking & handling fee*
-Accepted Delivery Partial refund for cost of item(s) minus a 25% restocking & handling fee*
-Damaged, Missing Parts Non-Returnable
** Healthy Kids’ Catalog and its applicable suppliers reserve the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion. **
Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30-days of customer invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at supplier’s expense, unless customer requests an upgrade at their expense. Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement ships.
Shipping address for all returns will be provided with RA number(s) upon issue.
Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item (excluding the drop ship fee). Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Supplier is not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. Allow 10-14 business days for processing returns. NEITHER HEALTHY KIDS’ CATALOG NOR ITS SUPPLIERS HANDLE REPAIRS.
