In this series, Host, Leslea, teaches a step-by-Step Hip Hop routine. She starts the program with a Slide & Twist Hop and moves to a Shoulders and how to do the Tic-Tac-Toe. The 3rd section introduces Pumping and Tapping. She then gets faster with Heels Front & Stepping Back. After all sections are completed, Leslea, combines all the dances together into one Hip-Hop routine.
